Title: Digital Marketing Internship
Duties: Remote position. College students encouraged. This position works requires a flexible schedule. Your primary colleagues will be the Farmfront board members who are also volunteers and do this around their day jobs. Comfort communicating via email, phone, and virtual meetings is a key to your success. 
    Expect to build a complete social media marketing campaign for the spring/early summer launch of our online education platform to add to your portfolio. This will include generating and publishing content through mixed media and social-platform campaigns and proposing and helping develop new strategies to increase Farmfront’s digital community.
    Expect from Farmfront consistent feedback and respect. We recognize the value you bring to the table. You will have access to our board’s professional expertise in agriculture, website development, and social media analysis.You will not be alone for what is likely to be your first marketing campaign.
Skills and competencies:
    Knowledge of basic sales and marketing techniques, with a particular interest with the realms of social media and website 
    An exceptional communicator in both spoken and written form
    A lifelong learner
    Passion for organization where the ability to take on multiple tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities with ease
    Able to work with a flexible schedule and varying workloads
Relationships: Directly reports to the head of the Farmfront Board and communicates directly with the rest of the board as needed.
Compensation: Non-paid position. However, Farmfront is willing to work with college administration for the internship to earn credits

Title: Farmfront Board Member
Duties:
Regularly attend weekly board meetings on Google Hangouts
Act as an advocate to help advance Farmfront’s mission
Leverage connections, networks, and resources to develop collective action to fully achieve the organization’s mission
Leverage personal connections that can benefit the organization’s fundraising and reputation
Meaningfully donate time and/or money to Farmfront
Skills and competencies: Subject matter expert in (but not limited to): military and veteran perspectives, agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, business development, finance, law, and/or community organization
Relationships: Work with and communicate directly with the Farmfront Board and other Farmfront partners as needed.
Compensation: This is a volunteer position

Title: Farmfront Blog Contributor
Duties:
Create approximately 500 word articles and work with the Farmfront team to use graphics and storytelling to bring them to life
Act as an advocate to help advance Farmfront’s mission using your own unique voice
Leverage connections, networks, and resources to develop compelling stories and arguments to challenge and move agriculture and food production forward
Skills and competencies: Subject matter expert in (but not limited to): military and veteran perspectives, agriculture, horticulture, and/or animal husbandry
Relationships: Work with and communicate directly with the Farmfront Board and other Farmfront partners as needed.
Compensation: This is a volunteer position
